SMOKVICA PASTRY

Every sweet story that comes out of our pastry shop we tell you from A to Z or to the last ingredient, because it is a prerequisite for a healthy cooperation, a guarantee of quality and a good path to loyalty. The production of cakes is taking place in our facility within the Smokvica Molerova restaurant. At that place, every day, for five years, our maestro with a stick, Pastry Chef Slobodan Potezica Sloba, together with its delicacies, casts  Smokvica delicacies, which are delivered to other restaurants every morning. The cake repertoire differs from Smokvica to Smokvica, and cake menu is regularly enriched. There are also Weekly Specialties for which our restaurants are already famous – when our guests are presented with brand new cookies, Sloba’s experiments, or modifications of existing ones.

We are proud here to present you four “stars” that you can find in every Smokvica :

Smokvica caramel Cheese Cake
Tart Tatin – caramelized apples, crispy dough, vanilla ice cream
Brownies – classic, served with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream
Hazelnut souffle with white chocolate – served with vanilla sauce and ice cream
Bonus Track: Our Tiramisu – mascarpone, espresso, biscuit, make sure you try it when you find yourself in Molerova, Airport City, Zemun Park and Rajiceva (where it is served in jars).

In Jovanova and Rajiceva you can try the Chocolate Fondant – served with vanilla ice cream and sour cherry jam, and our Nougat cake with a homemade biscuit, hazelnut mousse, chocolate ganache and black chocolate glaze.
