The architect of this historic building is the first woman architect in Serbia, Jelisaveta Načić. This was a house of bookmaker Marko Marković from 1904 and was recently proclaimed a cultural monument, and now it is our Smokvica, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy a special gastronomic culture, as well as the overall culture of life.

The work on reorganizing one of the symbols of city life on the Danube slope lasted for four years, since it was essential that every important architectural detail was preserved. The fig tree that was in the courtyard was replanted five meters away, and it was daily treated with great care.

Interior that looks like the scenery of an artistic film, is a work of Sanja Popov Radovic, whose concept and Interior design is distinguished by each of Smokvica.
